Training

We understand that Singapore and helpers’ home countries have different work cultures and demands.

 

We provide comprehensive trainings for MDWs to equip them with core competencies and also to facilitate better assimilation upon helpers’ arrival in Singapore. 

 

Best Home takes our training very seriously; our Director, Mr Tay personally supervises the training department. Our training department is headed by the former Ministry of Manpower Director for setting curriculum, standards and audits and we work closely with trainers in both Singapore and home countries to ensure our helpers are well-trained.
