Advance Placement Scheme for a more convenient recruitment process
Best Home is one of the few agencies approved to be a provider under the Ministry of Manpowers’ Advance Placement Scheme (APS), which means we can bring Migrant Domestic Workers into Singapore before matching with employers.
This means that our clients will have the opportunity to interview these MDWs face-to-face instead of through virtual means, ensuring a better fit between both parties. As we regularly bring in APS helpers, employers with MDWs seeking a change of employment (i.e. ‘transfer helpers’) also stand to benefit from shorter or even no replacement time lapse.
Part-Time Helpers (Household Service Scheme)
Best Home is a MOM-approved service provider of part-time domestic help, commonly known as the Household Service Scheme (HSS), which is in demand these days.
