Our pre-placement initiatives are meticulously designed, always keeping their well-being at the forefront:
1. Advance Placement Scheme
We take immense pride in our Advance Placement Scheme Helper, a program meticulously designed to identify and prepare the most proficient and dedicated MDWs for placement. Through this scheme, candidates undergo rigorous interviews and verification processes, followed by targeted training in Singapore, which can be customized to meet the employer's specific needs. This ensures our MDWs arrive ready to integrate seamlessly into their new roles.
2. Independent Interviews
To further ensure the accuracy and suitability of our MDW's bio-data, Best Home Employment has its overseas recruitment staff to conduct interviews and verifications and not rely on suppliers' information. These professionals conduct thorough interviews and assessments, unbiasedly evaluating each candidate's skills and experience and making recommendations to the employer's requirements.
3. Accredited Training Centers
Our MDWs are exclusively placed in accredited training centres once selected for skill training.
